Best Strategies for Employing Mystery Shoppers

Customer_Experience_CRM.pngI own a number of retail stores, and I am worried about the quality of the service that customers are getting in the stores. I am afraid that some employees only act the way they are supposed to, when management is around, and that is simply not acceptable. As such, I am looking to find a company that can serve as a mystery shopping consultancy and help me to figure out the best approach for using mystery shoppers in my business.

I really think that the threat of mystery shoppers can help to improve the quality of service that is offered as my stores, and that is why I am excited to look into this solution.
